Hydrotherapy

Macleay Options is now offering Hydrotherapy in its brand-new Heath and Wellness Centre. Water-based exercise programs are designed by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and are tailored to your individual needs and circumstances.

Who can benefit from hydrotherapy?

Anyone can benefit from hydrotherapy, but it can be of particular benefit for anyone who have recently undergone surgery, are managing an injury or other health condition. Being immersed in water helps unload joints which can help make it easier to perform exercises you may otherwise find difficult.

  • Initial Assessment with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (60 minutes) - $160
  • One on one hydrotherapy session with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (up to 45 minutes) - $120
  • Independent pool session – only available after an initial assessment (up to 45 minutes) - $35
