SLES
What is SLES?

Our School Leaver Employment Support program assists young people with individualised support for up to 2 years after finishing year 12. We're here to help you plan your pathway to employment. SLES is about giving you the life skills and confidence you need as you transition from school to the workplace.

Plan management
What is plan management?
​
Let our NDIS plan manager be your helping hand when it comes to keeping your NDIS plan on track whether it be ensuring your plan is on budget, your providers are paid on time and managing your funding.
​
By using a plan manager for all or just part of your NDIS needs allows you to get the most out of services without the stress of having to worry about self-managing your plan.

Keeping track of your NDIS Budget and spending with monthly updates on your plan's status

Offer you a greater choice of NDIS Registered and non-registered providers

OASIS HUB
What is Oasis Hub?

Oasis Hub is the place to hang out! We have a range of different options of individual or group activities for our participants within the centre itself or out in the community. We strive to cater to each participant's specific capacity and choice. Take a look at our activity booklet, we are always open to creating new activities to suit everyone's liking.

What is Drop-in Support?

Our Drop-in support team assists our participants to continue living independently in the comfort of their own home and continue to build their capacity to maintain independence.

COS
What is COS?
​
Our Coordination of Support team assists our participants to put their NDIS plan into action. This is called plan implementation and helps connect you with the supports in your NDIS plan as well as maintaining them and helping you achieve your goals.

SDA
What is SDA?
​
Our Specialist Disability Accommodation team assists our participants by providing assistance with daily life activities to enable indepentent living. The house has been purpose built with 7 rooms and 6 villas. Support staff are onsite 24 hours a day.

Our SDA program offers:

Independent living house for seven residents

Six adjoining villas

Onsite 24 hours supervision

Communal loung, kitchen & dining rooms

Setting & achieving personal goals

Individualized personal & medical care

Assistance with living skills (transport, shopping, personal care,cooking, etc.)

Community participation & integration

Maintaining of family connections & friendships

Maintaining employment, volunterring & Activities in life

Assist in transition to retirement

A personal space & amenities for each person along with use of a common area

Opened 28th January 2016, our Specialist Disability Accommodation property is a facility unique to the Macleay Valley. Macleay Options Ltd. identified in 2009 the need for the development of a specialist accommodation model of support for ageing people with an intellectual disability that would allow them to age in a suitable environment amongst friends and co-workers.
Through this integrated facility, we are investing in the future of our service users and maintaining the rich environment we are lucky to enjoy in the Macleay Valley, at the same time providing integration into the community for people with an intellectual disability.
